Welcome to my digital space!
I’m Dimitra Karagiannidi, a Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Specialist from Greece, with a background in Digital Systems and a deep passion for all things visual, technical, and creative.

Where Tech Meets Creativity
I’ve always lived somewhere between structure and intuition. I like building things that work: online stores, product catalogs, email flows, launch plans. And I like making them look and sound good: brand identity, ad creative, copy, social content. Most of my work happens right where those two meet.

My Own Brand
I founded The Chili Project, a D2C fashion brand, and ran it end to end. I built the WooCommerce store, created the brand identity, ran the Meta ads, set up the email flows and handled production and suppliers. It reached 10k+ users in its first year, on a lean, ads-only budget. Best crash course in e-commerce I could have asked for.

What I Bring
Over 5+ years across agency, B2B and D2C, in fashion, home & lifestyle and more, I’ve worked across a broad range of creative and technical areas:

• Web & E-Commerce: Building and running online stores in WooCommerce and Shopify, WordPress sites with Elementor, product setup and catalogs (3,000+ SKUs via ERP), and day-to-day online order management.
• Social Media & Content: Planning and publishing social content, ad creative and copy for Meta campaigns, video scripts, website copy, product descriptions and SEO metadata.
• Email & CRM: Newsletters and automated flows (welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase) in Klaviyo, Brevo and Mailchimp, with segmentation and A/B testing.
• Brand & Visuals: Brand identity and visual direction, website design and layouts, ad visuals in Canva, and briefing and directing commercial shoots and creators.
• Organisation & Project Management: E-shop launches with developers and agencies, planning and deadlines in Asana and Monday.com, and coordinating ~20 client accounts as interim Project Manager.
